Everyone can login to the admin and webchat areas now. Previously admins were defined by reading the shrubbot.cfg from the server. Now admins are defined by reading the xpsave.cfg. Basically this means anyone who has played a game and is stored in xpsave.cfg can login with their guid. This was just a lot easier than giving everyone admin levels, or writing a bunch of extra code. Note, you will not see the private password (level 2+) or the referee password (level 5) for the server, but if you need those you can probably just ask.
